Instructions  for Abstract Submission

1. Abstracts must be submitted only via the conference website. Abstracts which are submitted by   email or fax will not be accepted.
2. The corresponding author will be held responsible for the scientific and editorial integrity and ethical conduct of the research.
3. Abstracts submitted after the deadline will not be processed.

4. Only original researches will be accepted. 

5. Abstracts will be presented as either e-posters or oral platforms.
6. The presenting author is expected to attend and register the e-poster or oral presentation for the congress.

7. Abstracts published in previous events in other publications are not processed.​
8. Abstracts should be as informative as possible; they should use the following structured format: Background,Methods and Materials,Results and Conclusion.
9. Abstracts should be submitted in good English so as to facilitate fair scientific evaluation.

10. The abstract title should be written using Times New Roman,font14,bold,no more than 25 words.

12. Author’s name(s) should be written using Times New Roman,font12,unbold with superscripts for affiliations. The presenting author’s name should be underlined. No more than 6 authors should be mentioned.

13. Affiliation of authors should include department or research center,university,city and country.

14. The body of abstracts should use the following structured format: Background,Methods and Materials,Results and Conclusion. The main text should be less than 250 words. The main text of abstracts should be written using Times New Roman,font12,unbold.

Oral Presentations (Oral)

The presenting author should present research using Microsoft Office Power Point,97-2003. The duration of presentation will be 15 minutes (10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for comments and questions).

E-Poster Presentations (Poster)

E-posters will be displayed in E-poster booth on large LCD screens in breaks where speakers present their abstracts orally within 3 minutes. Technical support will be provided by congress organizers. Three referees will evaluate E-posters and give a score. Three best E-posters will be selected and receive valuable gifts.
